Review | Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Eye Cream
On the Kiehl’s website it says that this is a restorative eye treatment for younger-looking eyes by morning.
It also claims to leave the under-eye skin feeling strengthened and replenished, diminish the appearande of fine lines, as well as reducing puffiness and dark circles.
This is also paraben-free, fragrance-free, silcone-free and mineral oil-free.
This eye cream has been hyped up all over the internet for a long time now, so I figured I’d try it for myself to see if it’s really worth it, and overall I think it is, but I don’t think it’s unique either.
So, what I like about this one is that it really does reduce puffiness, and my under-eyes feel very smooth and replenished after I use this.
It’s also very thick and hydrating, but it doesn’t leave my skin oily or greasy looking, and we don’t want that, so that’s a good thing.
However, this doesn’t sink in very fast, so I would keep that in mind, but it is a night cream after all, so.
I also like that it comes in a tube, so you don’t have to put your finger in it all the time, which makes it more sanatary to use, and you don’t need much with this at all, so it will last you for quite a while.
With that said, I don’t think that this helps with my dark circles at all.
It might make them seem less noticable, but I think that that’s the result of the puffiness being gone, not so much that the dark circles are reduced themselfes.
So if you’re looking for something to reduce the puffiness under your eyes, this is the best one I’ve tried so far.
I got mine from Kicks for 230nok.
