Review | Origins High-Potency Night-A-Mins Facial Oil & Renewal Cream

Starting with facial oil: On the Origins website it says “Delete dullness overnight with our amazing sleeping peel. First, the relaxing aromas of Neroli Valerian and Vanilla lull you into sweet sleep. Meanwhile, potent skin resurfaces plus Vitamins C and E cushioned in 8 silky plant oils including Cranberry Seed, Sage and Pomegranate release dull, dead surface cells. Radiance is restored. Review | Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation and Concealer.

Starting with the foundation. This claims to be a weightless and virtually invisible liquid foundation that creates a luminous, demi-matte finish. It also claims that this formula helps skin achieve a natural, illuminated and bright finish— like the beautiful skin you were born with. Naked Skin is formulated with light-diffusing spheres, transforming you to look professionally retouched. Buildable coverage allows women to customize their look. So, first of all I have to say that this truly is weightless, and it is very comfortable to wear, but with that said I […]

Review | Smashbox Fushion Soft Lights

Reading from the Smashbox website it says: Get a gorgeous lit-from-within glow with this radiant silk-like powder. The innovative baked formula imparts a soft veil of shimmer and keeps your skin looking luminous.   So, I’d been wanting this for a long time before I finally picked it up in the shade “Baked Starblush”. Review | Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Eye Cream

On the Kiehl’s website it says that this is a restorative eye treatment for younger-looking eyes by morning. It also claims to leave the under-eye skin feeling strengthened and replenished, diminish the appearande of fine lines, as well as reducing puffiness and dark circles. This is also paraben-free, fragrance-free, silcone-free and mineral oil-free. This eye cream has been hyped up all over the internet for a long time now, so I figured I’d try it for myself to see if it’s really worth it, and overall I think it is, […]

Review | Skindinavia Primer & Setting Sprays.

First of all I want to talk about the primer sprays. You get two options with these. Either the original one that claims to virtually give you a poreless, more even-toned complexion over time. Or the oil-controlling one that claims to slow down oil production and promises a prettier skin over time. I don’t know about those “making-your-skin-look-better-over-time” claims, or the poreless complexion claims, but if you combine them with a porefilling primer, like the benefit porefessional, or the smashbox pore minimizing primer, these does work pretty well. For this […]
